The team

The operational team of MC SERV is composed of two expert engineers who acquired at least 15 years of experience in their field and one supplier.
Un ingénieur process pharmaceutique
Specialists in the field of injectable products (vaccines, antibodies) and microbiological containment. He is an expert in processes optimization, the production of units sizing, the lean by design of equipment and premises. He is an acknowledged project manager in his field.
An engineer projet leader for pharmaceutical processes equipment
He analyzes the users' needs, seeking or adapting to existing solutions. He manages the integration procedure and the commissioning along with the qualification of the pharmaceutical equipment and utilities.
A supplier
She manages the stores’ resupply : from the definition of the quantities in stock to their reception and the provider's billing. She manages the litigations and noncompliance. In project mode, she supports the project manager from the needs analysis to the final negotiation with the provider.
Approvals

MC SERV is approved by the Crédit d'Impôt Recherche (Research Tax Credit) and the Crédit d'impôts Innovation (Innovation Tax Credit).
It is a tax aid destined to encourage the efforts of companies in Research and Development matters.
The customer companies requesting us for R&D missions will, therefore, be able to obtain reimbursements for expenses incurred.
The rate granted to companies is of :
> 30% of expenses in R&D, up to 100 million euros incurred, > 5% above 100 million euros incurred.
LIST OF APPROVED ORGANIZATIONSInnovation Tax Credit
Since January 1, 2013, SMBs can now benefit from the research tax credit of expenses on innovation. Indeed, the 2013 Finance Act brings several developments to the research tax credit in the text adopted in the final reading by the National Assembly on December 20, 2012. This innovation tax credit occurs besides the IRC and covers 20% of the number of certain innovation fees. They should correspond to tasks conducted downstream of the R&D phase, such as prototypes conception activities for new products or pilot installations of like nature. They will be capped at 400,000 euros per year.
